Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 60 minutes to let you know your order is on the way!

2. Store Pickup

Orders cannot be picked up from a physical address.

3. Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option.

Click the “continue to shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the United Kingdom. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 10:00am on a working day (Mon – Sat) will be packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the following working day. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

4. Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 7 days using Royal Mail or DPD. We do not ship outside of United Kingdom at this time.

5. Domestic Shipping Rates And Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free flat rate shipping to mainland Great Britain.

6. International Shipping

At this time we are unable to ship internationally outside of the United Kingdom.

7. Refunds, Returns And Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition – we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@horticulture.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
