Pennisetum alopecuroides 'Little Bunny' is an ornamental grass cultivar known for its bottlebrush-like flowers, which are borne in the late summer and autumn.

It is a compact, clump-forming evergreen grass suitable for smaller spaces or containers.

Chinese fountain grass cultivar 'Little Bunny' is smaller in size, remaining under 50cm tall and wide. This makes it a good ornamental grass for smaller spaces, and it can also be used as a container plant.

This grass needs a spot in full sun, sheltered from winds and excessive wet, with a free-draining soil or growing medium. It is drought-tolerant once established but does need some moisture during the early stages after planting. Just make sure waterlogging does not occur.

An attractive grass, this fountain grass has the typical arching, fountain-like foliage. The flowering panicles are creamy-beige with notable bristles, and these fade to a brownish hue as the year progresses.
