Delphinium' Magic Fountain Hybrids' is a series of perennial cultivars producing dense spires of blue, purple, pink and white flowers. Flowering in early summer, these are popular for traditional borders and more informal cottage gardens.

Delphinium' Magic Fountain Hybrids' (Delphinium 'Magic Fountain Hybrids')

Delphinium' Magic Fountain Hybrids' is a series of compact, floriferous perennials bred for strong stems and a manageable height. They produce dense, upright spires of richly coloured flowers in a range of hues, often contrasting with dark or pale eyes.

Flowering in the early summer, these bring vertical emphasis, reaching around 75-90cm tall. Though since they are shorter than many traditional delphiniums, they are less prone to wind damage and easier to position within mixed plantings. They suit a middle-border position, and make great cut flowers.

Provide these plants with full sun, well drained soil, and a sheltered position for best results.
