Empathy After Plant Ericaceous Biofertiliser (1kg)

Empathy Biofertiliser for Ericaceous Plants helps to condition acidic soils over time, improving their structure and biological activity.

It supports healthy growth and prolonged flowering in acid-loving plants, including rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias, heathers and blueberries.

The feed incorporates Rootgrow™ ericoid mycorrhizal fungi, selected for ericaceous plants to improve nutrient and water uptake in acidic soils.

Alfalfa delivers a natural source of nitrogen, encouraging steady leafy growth without pushing plants out of balance - while sulphate of potash (a naturally occurring mineral source of potassium) supports strong budding, flowering or fruiting.

This fertiliser is endorsed by the RHS.

Directions for use

1 handful ≈ 50g. Shake well before use.

Apply in spring, then twice more during the growing season for optimal results.

For most smaller plants, 25g (half a handful) will be enough per application.

For new plantings and larger plants, apply 100g (two handfuls) per m² beneath the plant canopy.

For top dressing, apply 100g (two handfuls) per m².

Sprinkle onto the surface, lightly fork in and water well after applying.

For best results when planting out, use in conjunction with Rootgrow™ ericoid mycorrhizal fungi, applied close to the roots.
