Carex oshimensis 'Evergold' (Japanese Sedge 'Evergold')

Evergold Japanese Sedge grows into a compact tufted clump with strap-like leaves. It's very low growing which makes it particularly well-suited to pathside settings.

Exceptionally cold-hardy (RHS H7 rating), it grows in full or part sun. Both sheltered gardens and more open sites are suitable.

This is an RHS AGM winner for its ornamental reliability. It is generally trouble-free, with aphids reported only occasionally.
