Choisya × dewitteana ‘Aztec Pearl’ is a cultivated hybrid of Mexican origin, from the Rutaceae family.

It reaches around 2m in height and spread over time, with scented foliage. Its star-shaped flowers appear mostly in April to June, with a secondary flush emerging in early autumn.

Aztec Pearl will grow best in full sun and free-draining soil of any type. While this plant is hardy across most of the UK, some protection from the cold is recommended in more exposed gardens.
