Eryngium planum 'Blue Hobbit' is the first true dwarf Sea Holly, shrunk to a tidy 30cm dome that never sprawls or needs staking. In midsummer a single plant produces hundreds of small blue cones on silver stems, so densely packed they nearly hide the fascinating foliage.
