Miscanthus sin. 'Gracillimus' (Eulalia 'Gracilimus')

Eulalia 'Gracillimus' is an ornamental grass, forming clumps up to around 1.5m in height and 1m across. The leaves are green with white midribs, and the feathery flowering panicles take on a slightly purple colour.

This ornamental grass grows best in a moist but free-draining or free-draining, reasonably fertile soil in full sun. It cannot cope with waterlogging and so it is important to ensure good drainage especially over the wet winter months.

Hardy and capable of withstanding even exposed locations, this grass is a versatile choice for prairie planting, mixed borders, or other sunny planting areas.
