Thalictrum 'Splendide White' (Meadow Rue 'Splendide White')

Thalictrum 'Splendide White' is a statuesque perennial with tall stems topped with clouds of small, pure-white flowers. Blooming in the early to mid summer, it creates a soft, airy display.

Growing to around 1.5-1.8m tall, it forms upright clumps of finely divided foliage with a bluish-green hue. The light, floating flowers contrast beautifully with bolder and heavier perennials and shrubs.

Consistent moisture is important, and the plant will thrive in a fertile, moist but reasonably free-draining soil in full sun or partial shade. Due to the height, a sheltered spot and/or support in more exposed locations is required.
