Veronicastrum virginicum 'Fascination' is a cultivar or culver's root admired for its tall, tapering spires of soft, lilac-pink flowers. The elegant flower spikes create a refined vertical accent for beds or borders.

The blooms are highly attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, which can be found in abundance around the flowers in the summer. The stems with their flowers grow to heights of around 1.2 to 1.5m.

A good choice for well-drained areas, but also spots where consistent moisture is available, grow this plant in full sun or partial shade. Cut back faded stems in the spring for strong new growth.
